Exchange Policy
At Sherry’s Wardrobe, we want our customers to be happy with their purchases. If you need to exchange an item, our exchange policy below applies:
1. Eligibility for Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days (UK customers) and 12 days (international customers) from the date of delivery.

Items must be in unused, unworn condition with original tags and packaging.

Exchanges are only available for:

Defective or incorrect items, or
-
A different size/variation of the same product (subject to availability).

Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice) is required.
2. Exchange Process

Provide your order number, reason for exchange, and requested replacement.

If approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

Items must be securely packed and returned with the RA number clearly marked on the package.
3. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges (both return and re-shipping of the replacement item).

We do not provide prepaid labels or cover postage under any circumstances.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Availability

Replacement items are subject to stock availability.

If the requested size/variation is unavailable, you may opt for:

A different product of equal value, or
-
A refund (processed in line with our Return & Refund Policy).

5. Sale & Discounted Items

Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for exchange unless defective or incorrect.
6. Policy Changes
Sherry’s Wardrobe reserves the right to amend this Exchange Policy at any time. Updates will be published on our website.
