  • Some products may require additional time due to production schedules or because they are part of a pre-booked collection.

  • If you are concerned about the delivery timeframe of a specific item, you must confirm the estimated delivery with our representative before placing your order.


2. Order Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders may be cancelled or modified only before dispatch.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded unless covered under our Return & Refund Policy.


3. Delays Beyond Our Control

  • While we aim to meet the stated delivery timelines, unforeseen delays may occur due to:

    • Natural disasters

    • Political unrest or strikes

    • Courier delays or customs issues

    • Other events beyond our reasonable control

  • In such cases, Sherry’s Wardrobe will not be held responsible for the delay.


4. Late Deliveries

  • If an order is delivered later than the estimated timeframe due to courier delays, production timelines, or other external factors, customers are not entitled to request a refund.

  • Refunds will only be considered in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, and not due to late delivery.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

  • Free shipping offers (where applicable) apply only to the initial delivery. They do not cover return or exchange postage.


6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details (where available) to monitor your shipment.
