Return & Refund Policy

At Sherry's Wardrobe, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. We understand that there may be occasions when you need to return or seek a refund for a purchase. To ensure a smooth and transparent process, we have outlined our return and refund policy below:


1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 7 days (local) and 12 days (international) from the date of receiving.

  • You can request a refund if the ordered product is not the same as shown or is defective.

  • Refund requests will not be accepted if the product has no issues.

  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns and refunds.


2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@sherrys.pk within the eligible return period.

  • Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

  • Our customer service representative will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with a copy of the purchase receipt, and clearly mark the RA number on the package.


3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will initiate the refund process.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 2–3 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item for a refund.

  • If the product is defective or incorrect, the initial shipping was offered free; therefore, return shipping costs will not be covered by Sherry’s Wardrobe.


5. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.

  • We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or a full refund (excluding return shipping costs).


6. Delays & Refund Restrictions

  • In case of natural disasters, courier issues, customs delays, or any situation beyond our control, Sherry’s Wardrobe will not be held responsible for late delivery.

  • If an order is delivered late due to such circumstances, the customer does not have the right to request a refund.


7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded, except under the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.


8. Sale Items

  • Items marked as “Sale” are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or incorrect.


9. Policy Changes

Sherry's Wardrobe reserves the right to modify or amend this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
